The MacroVIEW D is designed specifically to fulfil the requirements for the capture and storage of digital images of whole bodies, body parts and larger organ systems examined at autopsy and forensic pathology, particularly for applications in crime scene investigation and disaster victim identification. This dedicated imaging system is easily operated and has the capability for the continuous and sequential image capture necessary in forensic situations.
The system employs complementary hardware and state-of-the-art, extensively-tested software for documentation of the entire process of gross examination and dissection through digital images.
