Sophisticated Technology

Automatic sizing: Whenever an image is taken with a ruler in the background, sizing can be carried out automatically at time of image processing for further legal documentation.

Annotation: Pathologist can add text and freehand drawings directly on the touch screen of the controller.

Flexible Applications

Autopsy: Capture images from the main areas of interest in an autopsy: abdominal cavity, insitu chest cavity, insitu brain, insitu external surfaces of body

Organ examination: MacroVIEW D can be placed over the examining table to acquire images and detail of excised/removed organs. Sizing annotation can be carried out on the touch screen.

Teaching/training: In a teaching environment, by simply connecting MacroVIEW D to an LCD projector, the actual sequence of examination can be shown to a large audience.

Network Capability
